We will happily give you $1,000 if you refer a friend or acquaintance who signs a purchase & sale agreement with us. Some ideas:

• Send a friend to one of our open houses or site tours
• Give a friend our flyer or website
• Bring a friend to one of our socials
• Give us contact information for a friend we should contact
• Introduce us to one of your friends with an email

In any case, send us an email at info@sawyerhill.org to make your referral.

Restrictions:

• There can't be a realtor involved.
• Must be before 7/31/2010.
• You can't be a purchaser of a Mosaic or Camelot home
• If more than one person refers the same household, the person signing the purchase and sale will identify who made the first referral. (And second referrer will get a gift of cookies!)
